This is your gateway to the following tools that will assist you along the planning process.
Our interactive music request list builder will allow you to control the music that is played or not played. Search our database by artist, title or even keyword to find all the music that you want to hear at the event. In addition, you can attach special instructions or dedications to songs. You can save your list and continue to add to it as time permits. Our special group selection area will allow you to give others input into the music selection process. A separate login will allow everyone you give access to select some of the music – you decide how many songs each person can select. The list is compiled and ordered by most popular. The DJ now has a guide to play by and will create a playlist that will keep everyone happy.
The event planner will allow you to design and coordinate every specific detail of your event from location and times to special announcements or toasts; you decide how structured the event will be. As with the request list builder you can save your list and come back to it as often as you like to make updates. Once you are satisfied with the plans simply hit the submit button and your planner will be automatically sent to us.
The event timeline provides a tool to synchronize with all the key personnel the precise sequence of activities to take place during your special event. Save it, review it, rearrange it, print it, submit it...give a copy to everyone so they are all on the same sheet of music!
